The service may use AI to generate communications, classify requests, recommend or execute configured actions and summarise information. Customers choose permissions, escalation policies and maximum autonomy.

Processors and transfers

Production deployments may use infrastructure, AI/model, communications, analytics, CRM and payment vendors. Aeuvoris must maintain a real subprocessor list and appropriate contractual/transfer safeguards.

Retention and rights

Define retention by data category and implement applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability processes.
