Aeuvoris provides configurable AI-assisted workforce, communications, automation, intelligence and governance services according to the applicable order form.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have lawful authority to connect systems and data, provide required notices/consents, define escalation and oversight, protect credentials and review high-impact/sensitive uses.

AI limitations

AI can make mistakes. It is not professional legal, medical, financial or emergency advice. Consequential/high-risk workflows require appropriate safeguards and may require human approval.

Usage

Plans may include defined minutes, messages, actions, integrations or capacity. Overage terms must be stated in the order form.

Guarantees

Only written SLAs/guarantees in the executed agreement apply. Marketing examples and illustrative metrics are not guarantees.

Commercial terms

Add renewal, cancellation, suspension, support, liability, indemnity, confidentiality, IP, governing law and dispute terms after legal review.
